Why can't I see my workout history or results?
If your history or results screen looks empty, it is usually a sync delay, a filter setting, or a sign-in mismatch. Work through the checks below and your data should reappear.
Start with a quick refresh
- Confirm you have a stable internet connection.
- Pull down on the history screen to refresh.
- Force close WyzFit, reopen it, and wait a moment for syncing.
Tip: If you just switched devices, give WyzFit a few minutes after sign-in
to finish downloading your history.
Check filters and date range
- Make sure the date range includes the workouts you expect.
- Clear any exercise or workout type filters.
- Verify that completed workouts are not hidden in settings.
Confirm you're signed into the right account
If you have multiple emails or use Google sign-in on another device, you may be viewing a different account. Sign out and back in with the same email you used when the workouts were logged.
Update the app and your device
- Install the latest version of WyzFit from the App Store or Google Play.
- Restart your phone to clear stalled background processes.
- Check that you have enough free storage for sync data.
