When should I update my training experience level?
Your experience level tells WyzFit how challenging your workouts should feel. If your sessions are consistently too easy or too hard, it may be time to adjust that setting.
Signals to move up a level
- You have completed your current plan for several weeks with ease.
- You regularly exceed your targets while maintaining good form.
- Progress has slowed and you want a bigger challenge.
- Recovery feels fast and you are ready for more volume or load.
When to stay put or move down
- You are returning after a long break or injury.
- Workouts feel exhausting or your form is slipping.
- You are not recovering between sessions.
How to update the setting
Open your profile, choose Training Experience, and select the level that matches how workouts should feel right now. You can change it again at any time.
Important: Listen to your body and avoid increasing intensity too quickly.
