Move your WyzFit account between iOS and Android
Overview
Switching devices is easy. Sign in on your new phone with the same account and your WyzFit history will come with you.
What transfers and what does not
- Transfers: account login, workout history, plan settings, preferences.
- Does not transfer: store subscriptions between iOS and Android.
How to move your account
Step 1: Log in on your new device
- Install the WyzFit app on the new phone.
- Sign in with the same email or Google account you used before.
Step 2: Verify your data syncs
Give the app a moment to download your history and plan after you sign in.
Step 3: Manage your subscription if needed
Subscriptions are managed by the store where you purchased. If you want to manage billing on the new platform, cancel the existing store subscription and re-subscribe on the new device once the current term ends.
Canceling a store subscription does not erase your account. Your
training history stays intact as long as you log in with the same
credentials.
