Delete your WyzFit account
Overview
This guide walks you through permanently deleting your WyzFit account and explains what happens to your data.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active
subscription. Cancel your plan separately to avoid future charges.
Steps to permanently delete your account
- Open the WyzFit app.
- Go to your Profile.
- Scroll to the Account section.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Once completed, the deletion cannot be undone. Double check before you confirm.
FAQ: What data is deleted?
Personal identifiers such as your name, email address, and account profile are removed from our systems. Training history and saved preferences are also deleted and cannot be recovered.
