General WyzFit FAQs
What is WyzFit?
WyzFit is a personalized strength training SaaS app that builds workouts around your goals, experience level, available equipment, and schedule—then continuously adapts based on what you actually log. Each session is generated to be practical (time-boxed, equipment-aware, and goal-aligned) and easy to execute, with a clear "Start Session" flow, a focused workout title (e.g., Glutes • Core), and a guided plan that evolves as your training data grows.
Who is WyzFit designed for?
WyzFit is built for beginners through advanced lifters. You pick your experience level, and WyzFit scales exercise selection, sets, and intensity accordingly—so a beginner gets confidence-building, repeatable progressions, while an experienced lifter gets more precise volume, exercise rotation, and progression that respects fatigue and performance. The experience-based scaling is designed to reduce guesswork and make the plan feel "right-sized" from day one.
What goals can WyzFit help with?
WyzFit supports goals like getting stronger, building muscle, leaning out, dropping body fat, improving athleticism, or simply feeling great and staying consistent. You can switch goals anytime, and your plan updates so your exercise selection, rep ranges, rest times, and weekly training focus stay aligned with what you're optimizing for—without forcing you to restart or rebuild everything manually.
How does WyzFit personalize workouts?
During onboarding, you set your stats, training consistency, experience, equipment, workout days, and session length. From there, WyzFit uses your logged workouts and recovery signals to shape upcoming sessions—so personalization isn't just a one-time setup, it's an ongoing feedback loop. Practically, that means the app can generate workouts that fit your exact setup (e.g., dumbbells + bench + bands) and keep sessions efficient (e.g., a 45-minute plan), while staying balanced over time across muscle groups and movement patterns.
Where can I train and what equipment do I need?
You can train at a full gym, a smaller gym, a garage setup, at home, or even bodyweight-only. WyzFit lets you build a custom equipment list and update it whenever your setup changes, and the workout generator respects that list when suggesting movements. In practice, you'll see workouts clearly reflect what's available (e.g., "Equipment(s) Available") and recommend alternatives that match your constraints rather than pushing exercises you can't do.
Can I set my workout days and session length?
Yes. Choose a weekly goal from 1 to 7 workouts and a default session length from 15 to 180 minutes. WyzFit recommends splits and session structures that fit your availability, then generates workouts that stay within your time budget—so you're not stuck with unrealistic plans. This is designed for consistency: if you only have 45 minutes, your session is built to deliver meaningful stimulus inside that window.
Does WyzFit include coaching?
Yes. WyzFit Coach is an in-app chat coach for workout questions, plan tweaks, and quick guidance. It uses an agentic AI system with a chatbot retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) setup, so responses are grounded in WyzFit's training principles and your in-app context (like your plan focus, equipment, and recent training). It's great for fitness help—like clarifying form cues, suggesting swaps, or making a session feel easier to execute—but it is not a substitute for medical care.
Is there a free trial?
Free trials are available in some regions and plans. Eligibility and trial length are shown in the app when you subscribe, so you'll see the exact terms before you start. This keeps the experience transparent and lets you evaluate WyzFit's personalization and coaching flow before committing.
How much does WyzFit cost?
WyzFit Pro offers monthly and annual plans. Pricing varies by region and platform and is shown in the App Store or Google Play before you start, so you always see the current price and billing terms in your local storefront. This ensures pricing is consistent with platform policies while staying flexible across markets.
How do I cancel?
Cancel in the same store where you subscribed (App Store or Google Play). Your access stays active until the end of the current billing period, so you keep your Pro features through the time you've already paid for.
Workouts and personalization
How are WyzFit workouts built?
WyzFit selects exercises, sets, reps, and rest based on your goal, experience, equipment, and available time. Your training history and recovery trends help keep the plan balanced and sustainable—so you're not just doing "random good exercises," you're following a coherent progression. The workout experience is built around execution: you get a clear session overview, the exact movements lined up, and controls like workout settings and exercise swapping to stay flexible without breaking the plan.
What training splits are available?
WyzFit supports Push/Pull/Legs, Upper/Lower, Full Body, and Fresh Muscle Groups. It recommends a split based on how many days you plan to train, then uses that structure to distribute weekly volume logically. The goal is to keep the plan simple to follow while still delivering the right frequency and coverage for your selected goal.
Can I focus on specific muscles or lifts?
Yes. You can guide a workout's focus by muscle group, and you can enable Focus Exercises to prioritize a curated list of lifts for a month. This is ideal when you have a specific target (like glutes and core) and want the plan to consistently reinforce those priorities while still maintaining overall balance and recovery.
Can I swap or replace exercises?
Absolutely. Swap any movement and WyzFit will suggest alternatives that match your equipment and goal—so you stay moving even if a machine is taken, something feels off that day, or you simply prefer a different variation. The experience is designed to be frictionless: you can keep the session structure intact while changing the exercise selection in a controlled, goal-consistent way.
Does WyzFit include cardio?
Cardio is optional. Pick your go-to cardio exercises and WyzFit can rotate them into your workouts when enabled, helping you build conditioning without derailing strength and muscle priorities. This keeps strength training at the core while still supporting users who want a more well-rounded program.
Does WyzFit include warm ups or stretching?
Yes. You can enable warm-up sets and choose soft-tissue, dynamic, static, or primer stretches to add after workouts. This lets you tailor session preparation and recovery to your preferences—whether you want a quick primer before lifting or a more complete cooldown routine afterward.
What if I have injuries or movement limitations?
Add limitations or injury notes in your profile. WyzFit avoids problem patterns and suggests safer alternatives while still helping you train consistently, but it does not replace medical advice. The goal is to reduce guesswork and help you keep momentum by selecting movements that better fit your constraints.
Can I train bodyweight-only?
Yes. Turn on bodyweight-only mode and WyzFit will build full-body sessions without equipment. It adapts exercise selection and session structure so you can still progress with minimal setup—great for travel, busy weeks, or anyone training at home without gear.
Progress and insights
What does WyzFit track during workouts?
WyzFit tracks sets, reps, weights, rest times, and completed sessions so your plan can adapt. This logging is what powers the personalization loop: the more consistently you record what you did, the more accurately WyzFit can tailor upcoming sessions to your real performance and constraints.
Does WyzFit track PRs and strength trends?
Yes. WyzFit tracks personal records, training volume, and strength trends over time so progress is visible—not just felt. This supports both motivation and smarter programming decisions, helping you understand whether you're actually getting stronger, accumulating enough quality volume, and staying consistent week to week.
What is the Recovery view?
The Recovery view is a muscle recovery map that shows which areas are fresh or fatigued based on recent training. It's designed to make fatigue visible at a glance (front/back views), so you can understand what's likely recovered and what may need time before being hit hard again. This helps keep training sustainable and supports better session-to-session decisions.
What are Weekly Set Targets and the Weekly Report?
Weekly Set Targets show how many sets you're aiming for per muscle group, giving your program a clear weekly volume "north star." The Weekly Report then lets you review progress against those targets, so you can see whether you're on pace and where you're under- or over-shooting. This turns training into something measurable and coachable—helping users stay aligned with their goal and giving investors a clear example of how WyzFit operationalizes training quality into trackable metrics.
Can I track body composition and measurements?
Yes. You can log weight, body fat percentage, BMI, lean mass, metabolic rate, and measurements like arms, waist, hips, thighs, calves, and chest/bust. This supports users who want more than "scale weight" and want to connect training consistency with broader changes over time—while keeping lifting performance as the anchor.
Does WyzFit track streaks and goals?
Yes. Set a weekly workout goal and track your streaks and activity history, including consistency indicators that show how on-track you are for the week. This is designed to drive adherence—because consistency is the biggest predictor of results—and to make progress feel tangible even during slower weeks.

How does WyzFit help me get stronger?
Strength-focused plans tune rep ranges, rest times, and exercise selection toward strength outcomes while tracking your best lifts and performance trends. WyzFit keeps the work specific and measurable, so you're not just "working hard," you're building strength with a plan that reflects progressive training and your real training history.
How does WyzFit help me build muscle?
Muscle-building plans emphasize balanced volume, smart exercise variety, and consistent tracking of reps and load so hypertrophy-focused training stays structured. WyzFit also helps keep training balanced across muscle groups through weekly targets and ongoing plan adjustments, so you can build muscle without drifting into random programming or chronic over/under-training.
How does WyzFit help me lean out or drop body fat?

The plan stays grounded in progressive training and consistency—so users can maintain or build strength while leaning out, instead of turning training into unstructured burnout.
How does WyzFit help improve athleticism?
Athleticism plans focus on power, speed, and performance-driven movement patterns to help you move better and perform better. WyzFit keeps sessions aligned with your time and equipment constraints while prioritizing the qualities most associated with athletic performance, so the plan feels practical—not theoretical.
