Took a break? How to refresh your WyzFit recommendations

If you have been away from training or your suggested weights feel off, a few quick updates will help WyzFit recalibrate. The app learns from your recent logs and preferences, so small changes can make a big difference.

Step 1: Refresh your training profile

  • Update your experience level if your training has changed.
  • Adjust workouts per week and session duration.
  • Review your equipment list and bodyweight-only setting.
  • Check training split and exercise variability preferences.

Step 2: Log a few honest sessions

Start a workout and log what you actually completed, even if it is lighter or fewer reps than before. WyzFit uses those real numbers to tune your next sessions.

  • Lower weights or reps if you need to ease back in.
  • Add weight gradually if the first set feels too easy.
  • Keep rest times realistic so duration stays accurate.

Step 3: Fine tune exercise recommendations

Use Manage Exercises to recommend more, less, or exclude movements that do not fit your current training phase. This helps WyzFit pick better exercises right away.
