Recovering your WyzFit account email

Overview

If you cannot remember the email on your WyzFit account, use the steps below to locate it and regain access.

Step 1: Try common emails

If you have multiple email accounts, try signing in with each one. A successful sign in confirms the correct address.

  • Use the Forgot Password link if needed.
  • Watch for invalid email or no account messages.

Step 2: Search your inbox

Look for past WyzFit emails such as receipts or onboarding confirmations.

  • Search for "WyzFit" in Inbox, Spam, and Promotions.
  • Check any folders where automated emails land.

Step 3: If you used Google sign-in

  1. On the login screen, tap Continue with Google.
  2. Select each Google account you may have used.
  3. If it signs you in, that Google email is your WyzFit account.

Step 4: Contact support

If you still cannot identify the email, contact support@wyzfit.com.

Information to provide

  • Any possible email addresses you may have used.
  • Your first and last name on the account.
  • Optional: past receipts or confirmation emails.

Need to change your email?

Your email is tied to the sign-in method you selected. If you need to update it, contact support and include your current email and the new address you want to use.
