The app still looks like a trial

Why this can happen

  • Store purchases can take time to sync with your account.
  • You may be signed in with a different email.
  • Your subscription is tied to another platform.

Quick checks

  1. Log out, then log back in with the correct email.
  2. Check your subscription in the App Store or Google Play.
  3. Use Restore Purchases if you see it in the app.
  4. Wait up to 24 hours for the status to refresh.
