Yes. Switch to annual billing at any time to save 2 months. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at your next renewal date.
Can we cancel anytime?
Monthly plans cancel anytime, no questions asked. Annual plans are billed upfront — reach out if circumstances change and we will work something out.

Pro plan includes a dedicated onboarding call with a WyzFit specialist. We set up your clinic profile, configure your alert thresholds, walk your team through the dashboard, and make sure your first patients are enrolled before the call ends.
Is there training required for clinical staff?
Minimal. The dashboard is intuitive and most clinic staff are comfortable within minutes. We provide a short walkthrough guide and your onboarding specialist handles the rest.
